Integrations

Every call ends. Your systems take it from there.

You already have systems: an accounting package, a project tool, a spreadsheet that quietly runs your whole business. Voxori has no ambition to replace any of them.

As soon as a call is finished, Voxori sends it on as a message to Zapier, Make.com or your own webhook. What happens next is up to you.

One event, a thousand destinations

When a call is finished, Voxori sends a message describing what happened: which call it was, how it ended, how long it lasted and — if something was booked — the details of that appointment.

That message goes to the address you provide. Working with Zapier or Make.com? Paste the scenario URL there and carry on building in the tool you already know. Running your own system? Then a plain webhook does the job.

What happens on the other side is not ours to decide: a row in a spreadsheet, a card on a board, a message in your team chat, a record in your own database. Per destination you can set which events it should react to.

What it does

Integrations, concretely.

Straight after every call

The message goes out the moment a call is finished. No daily export you have to go and fetch.

Outcome, duration and appointment

The message carries which call it was, how it ended, how long it lasted and the appointment details if something was booked.

Zapier, Make.com or your own URL

Three routes to the same place. For Zapier and Make you paste a scenario URL; for your own systems you use a plain webhook.

Filter per destination

Per integration you set which events it should react to. Not every system needs to know everything.

A slow integration slows nothing down

Sending happens in the background. If your endpoint answers slowly or not at all, the caller notices none of it.

You can see whether it arrived

Every attempt is logged with whether it succeeded and what came back. So debugging isn’t guesswork.

Honestly bounded

What the integration isn’t

A webhook is powerful and limited at the same time. Where the limits sit:

It is one-way traffic. Voxori sends information out. Nothing comes in along this route; your own system cannot schedule appointments with it.

It is not a ready-made integration with your own software. There is no “connect my accounting software” button. You build the translation step in Zapier, Make or your own code — which is exactly why it works with anything.

It carries one event today: the end of a call. That is the moment when everything is known. More event types are technically prepared, but we do not sell them until they are genuinely being sent.

What does it cost?

Integrations is a separate module on top of Voxori Base (€79/mo) at +€9/mo, and it is included in Voxori Complete (€319/mo). You never pay more than the Voxori Complete price: stack modules beyond that amount and you get Voxori Complete. €0 setup, cancel monthly, prices exclude VAT.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Integrations.

What exactly is in the message?

The reference to the call, the outcome, the call duration and — if something was booked during the call — the details of that appointment. Enough to do something sensible with at the other end.

Do I need Zapier or Make?

No. They are handy if you want to build without code, but a plain webhook to your own system works just as well. Then you decide yourself what happens with the message.

What if my system is down for a moment?

Sending runs in the background and never holds up the call. Failed attempts are logged, so you see that something went wrong instead of it disappearing quietly.

Can I create appointments in Voxori this way?

No, this goes outward only. Booking happens through the call itself or through the online booking widget.

Which plan is this part of?

Integrations are a module on top of Voxori Base and are included in Voxori Complete by default.
